Introduction to Equine Law

Did you know more than three million people are involved in equestrian activity in the UK? It is believed that there are more horses in the Country now than at any time since before World War One.

This firm’s Equine team understand the practical and legal issues surrounding this area. They are here to listen and to help whether you are a business or an individual.

ABD’s Equine Team is developing associations with The British Horse Society, British Eventing and with the Equine Division of Wiltshire College Lackham. The team comprises Andrew Douglas, Tim Higham, Nicola Newton and Peter Johnson, the latter two being the firm’s nominated members of the Equine and Animal Lawyers Association.
