How much will it cost?

There are a variety of ways that a personal injury claim can be pursued, almost certainly at little or no cost to you. There are a number of funding arrangements which we can discuss with you.

Legal Expenses Insurance / Trade Union Membership

You may already have insurance cover for legal fees through your house contents insurance policy or even with your credit card.

Alternatively, you may be a member of a trade union which may also provide legal expenses cover.

No Win - No Fee

This is an affordable method of pursuing a claim for compensation. A no win - no fee agreement otherwise known as a CFA (Conditional Fee Agreement) is an option by which you can fund your claim for compensation.

How does the CFA work?

You do not have to pay any fees during the time while your claim is progressing. If you claim is unsuccessful, you do not have to pay us anything.

It may be necessary to take out an insurance policy to pay for any expenses incurred on your behalf and your opponent's legal costs if your claim is unsuccessful.

If we succeed with your claim, your opponents will pay your expenses and a significant contribution towards your legal costs.

We can advise you which option is best for you.
